Latica Tomašić Kickert is an Adaptive Leadership lecturer, strategist, and educator, currently serving as honorary Fellow at the Hertie School Berlin. Latica is the recipient of the Harvard Kennedy School Award for Excellence in Teaching for her work alongside the founder of the Adaptive Leadership Framework, Dr. Ron Heifetz and his team.

She has conducted capacity building and academic teaching for Hertie School (Berlin), ETH Zürich, LUISS (Rome), Berghof Foundation (Berlin), AktivAsia (Sydney), Shakti Project (Delh) and Nutrition International (Ottawa) including numerous field-trainings.

Her trainees are human rights workers, senior executives, public officials and diplomats, non-profit leaders, startup founders, and graduate students from the USA, Canada, Asia, Africa and Europe.

In her work, Latica additionally focuses on leadership applied to persistent systemic human challenges, such as human rights violations, conflict, peace building, climate change and sustainable development – wherever the disruption of the status quo is necessary to achieve lasting improvements – and on leadership exercised by women.

Besides her experience capacity building, teaching and supporting global leaders, Ms. Tomašić Kickert’s work draws on her previous ample professional experience in the international non-profit and public sector, including leading a UN-related non-profit in New York, and on her personal experience with human rights, diplomacy, conflict and post-conflict reconstruction.

She was educated and trained professionally in the US (Harvard Kennedy School); France (École Nationale d’Administration); India (ITEC, RIS), Croatia (Universty of Zagreb), and in professional development courses globally.
